Investment Banking

Through its subsidiary GrandView Capital Markets, GrandView Capital facilitates debt and equity securities offerings through private placements. We also provide advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. We advise clients on capital structuring, equity and debt marketing and investor communications.

We have worked on both the buy-side and sell-side to advise clients on the appropriate strategic approach and guiding the clients through the entire process from initial solicitations to closing.
